Hi there, on Jan 26 evening. I ordered a sub using the subway app. I walked into the store to pick up the sub and the employee (very nice) explained she did not get an order. I thought this was strange as the money was already taken from my account. She asked me to wait for a bit and I did. I also tried to reorder and once again the money was removed from my account but no order went through.
