Awesome service from the supervisor, Gbemi, the lady with braided hair. I bought ice cream for my twins at this location last week. My daughter accidentally dropped her ice cream, and Gbemi immediately offered to replace it for free without me even asking. Her kindness helped prevent my daughter from having a meltdown and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Excellent customer service—I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and generosity.
