I bought an 8 inch Black Forest Cake. It was of poor quality. The cake was dry, the icing was some oil based edible product, there were hardly any cherries and no cherry flavor. The name on the cake was spelt wrong. The decorating was nice. A black forest cake should be moist, with cherry syrup flavored, with whipping cream. I could have got a similar cake at Superstore for less than half the price.
l heard about this bakery. so I visited there. I ordered some snacks and cookies.snacks were very tasty and cookies were too good. so I also packed for my family. my family also liked it's taste. after that day I often visit venetos cakes bakery. best bakery in surrey. the new owner is very friendly and staff is also very good. comfortable environment. my recommemdation goes to this bakery. must visit for everything.
Recently ordered a mocha birthday cake three days in advance and gave them the names to put on it. When I arrived to pick up the cake I was the only customer in the store, but the cake was not ready, and I had to wait 20 minutes. When it came out my wife's name was completely misspelled. I pointed this out and waited another 15 minutes for them to "correct" it. The name "Joanie" was now corrected to "Joainie"? It was a complete mess!
