I love this little breakfast/bring restaurant! The staff are great! And the food is great! And the good news is that soon they will open in the evenings as well. It will be great to have an alternative night spot now that the Bear Pub has closed.
I must revisit my google review from 6 years ago when the food was not great. Under new ownership, the Tommy's Cafe is much improved with better food, at the same great prices. Fantastic local gem in Lynn Valley. Go early to get a seat. Good food, good prices. Where's theres few cafes in Lynn Valley, this is a stand out option.

My friend and I had dinner this evening and the service was top notch, the food was tasty, I had butter chicken, my friend enjoyed her dinner very much too. I live in Lynn Valley and will definitely going back. Next time I will have brunch. I used to go a lot before COVID for brunch and the food was always good. I'm sure brunch will also be good under new ownership, most of the brunch menu is the same as before.
