“This is a sushi restaurant that I truly love. I used to believe that restaurants inside shopping malls generally couldn’t match the quality of standalone sushi restaurants, but this place completely shattered that stereotype. It’s the only restaurant inside Capilano Mall that’s always packed with people, and because of that high turnover, the fish is always fresh and delicious. Every time I visit, I find myself deliberating over what to order because I want to try everything on the menu. “This is my go to sushi restaurant the food is exceptional and the prices are really reasonable. They are always quick to bring the food out and takeout is really easy from there. One thing is there is limited seating inside but overall it’s such a good sushi place.“

“Honestly, I was skeptical. I love sushi I’ve ate sushi in many US states, 3 countries too. I had no idea what kind of sushi this was- I couldn’t figure out this menu. I looked at it and almost asked my boyfriend to leave but hesitantly I ordered two rolls. I got my food and I took one bite and said…
Oh my god. It was creamy and flakey and it was noted as some of the best sushi we have had in our life 10/10. We ordered more. We will rave about this forever. Green tea was great, vibes were nice, and the service was fast. Atmosphere was small but overall very much enjoyed!!“

Glad to see that my favourite sushi place on the Shore has opened up again. Every time I came here it was for their lunch combo special of $9.50 where you have a choice of almost 30 mix and match items such as agedashi tofu, veggie teriyaki, shrimp tempura roll, and gyoza. The mix and match combo also includes a bowl of miso soup. Without a doubt, it’ll satisfy all types of palates. The combo offer is good until 5 pm.

Service was prompt and friendly. There’s free parking available and is just a few doors down from Save On Foods shopping plaza off Marine Drive and Pemberton Ave.
Dining hours are 11:30 am – 8 pm from Monday to Thursday & on Saturdays; 11:30 am to 9 pm on Fridays; 4 pm to 8 pm on Sundays. It’s my go-to sushi place whenever I am on the Shore. You’ll get good value and service here!“
