Very superb customer service. The credit card machine went down after a phone order that must have taken 10 minutes. He remained professional and apologized, and handled everything well.
Nice location with modern interior. Menu display with pictures was helpful and it could be simpifed with clear description.Staff was friendly. It would be helpful to explain the ordering details, ie. Sauce amount, for the first time customer.Meal presentation was colorful and various selection of vegetables. Beef was a bit tough and shrimp tempura was mediocre for the price charged.Parking: Easy access

What a great idea. Take a place that was great in the mall and make a standalone restaurant out of it. I love Ego. Yummy food, great value and good service. We often come for a quick meal when we don't want to do anything too fancy.
