“Best Indian FOOD Ever. Must try.“

“It was our first visit to this restaurant but not the last. We found this place by chance. We were starving and did not have a lot of time as we had to catch ferry. the staff person was very polite and understanding about it and our dinner was served super quick. Everything that we had ordered was delicious. My husband and I did not expect it to be this good. the staff person was very respectful. I ate good authentic Indian food after a long time. If you happen to be in North Vancouver and craving for Indian food, this is a place to go to. Nice family run restaurant. We will surely be there next time I am in North Van.“

“Today, I placed a very big order and got many items at great prices. I ordered samosas and a thali, which were extremely delicious, and the portion sizes were huge. I also ordered noodles and momos, and the corn salad was super tasty as well. One more great thing is that all types of food are available here, including gluten-free and vegan options. I celebrated my birthday here, and it truly made my special day even more memorable.

“Chicken korma and mattar paneer were delicious - quite spicy so ask for mild if you don't want hot. Big portions. Veg pakora were different than I'm used to and so good! Lightly salted on the outside, crunchy but not oily. Nice folks cooking and serving too. I'll go back.

A delightful family will prepare you food that you will leave you wanting to write a review. Their spiced "hot" dishes were outrageous last evening. My group is returning again tonight to enjoy some other dishes. The potions will fill you comfortably. You will leave well served, and thankful for your visit. The price point is so reasonable. “Wow if ever you wanted an east Indian sri Lankan style meal look no further. The Kottu roti, lamb biryani and egg prata were the best we've tasted and similar to the indian restaurants we frequent in Malaysia. The masala uttapam was so thick it seemed better as a standalone dish or filler for anyone still hungry after eating everything else. Delicious experience!“

“Whenever I eat out, I factor in several variables if I decide to take the time to write a review. Usually, my reviews are after really good or really bad experiences. One of the things that truly makes a huge impact is value…how much I pay and the quality of food has its own little algorithm that dictates whether or not I choose to eat somewhere again in the future. Well, this place is off the charts…they really know how to do Indian cuisine! The prices were better than I expected and I left with a smile on my face. It was delicious! Great service, clean and although the ambiance may be lacking, the food and price more than makes up for it! Just go and be happy! 😃“

“The first thing we noticed was the cozy decor. We loved the eclectic hanging plants and the walls that were purposefully half done with inlaid wood on upper part of the walls. Perfect lighting, intimate but still light enough to read the menu. Our server, Raj, was lovely, so kind and helpful. The food was delicious, a symphony of flavours. We did the dine out. After the yummy appetizers, we tried all three, they gave us a blend of pineapple and coconut sorbets to cleanse our palette. The mains were great too. My only complaint was that my lamb biryani could have been way more spicy. So if you like spicy make that clear. Rose chai was served with our desserts which were delicious. Looking forward to going back to sample their street food dishes.“

“The decoration is 5 stars the food is ok they have afew options not much.i was there for iftra with my family once the food finished then its done and you have to wait for at least 30 mins till the refill it . We didn’t get chance to try the dessert because there is a small portion like 10 small serving of fermi once it finished they didn’t replace so you have to be careful with dessert. Unless if you want to pay extra for bakery and buy to eat with your tea . Also it was Ramadan every thing is limited ,tea, manto, rice over all for afghans buffet is not bad . It’s was much better if they cook enough and have afew servers“

“I had the Lunch Special Non-veg for lunch today and I added a side of Naan (always get more Naan.) I loved the Butter Chicken so much. The Chicken Vindaloo was awesome. The Mutar Paneer was SO good. Everything was great! Used the Naan to scoop up all if the remaining sauce. My plate was sparkling clean when I was done. Will get again 100%. Price was great too.“
