We recently visited Slothfuls and enjoyed our experienced. We found parking outside and it seems very centrally located. The atmosphere (decor) outside and inside is incredible - great job! It was also very clean and organized inside. All ages would enjoy eating/drinking in. We felt the service was good - they answered our questions, gave suggestions, and took our order. Slothfuls has become one of my go-to gelato dessert spots in Burnaby. My favourites are the Hokkaido milk and the black sesame—both are incredibly creamy, rich in flavour, and never overly sweet.
One thing I love is that they use special gelato machines that continuously churn the gelato, so every scoop is served at the perfect texture. It really makes a difference.

I discovered slouthful from an Instagram reel. So I figured i would check it out. I loved this place, staff was friendly, the shop itself was so cute, I almost bought one of their cute sweatshirts! I'm not typically a big ice cream eater.. but this was FANTASTIC. I am definitely coming back!
