“The Chickadee Room has a cozy, intimate atmosphere and a great cocktail program that makes it an excellent spot to spend an evening. One of the best parts is that you can order food from Juke Fried Chicken next door and enjoy it with your drinks. The chicken sandwich is excellent, and pairing it with the cocktails and relaxed atmosphere at Chickadee makes for a great experience. Service was friendly and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming.“

I had a fantastic evening at Barra Forty One. From the moment we sat down, Anita took such great care of us. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knew the menu inside out. She made perfect recommendations and checked in at just the right times without ever feeling pushy.
The drinks were outstanding – beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and some of the best I’ve had in a while. Every round was a highlight of the night.

“We came on a weekday and the restaurant was packed. Got seated promptly as we had reservations. The service was average, probably because everyone was super busy with other tables.

Food was good! Some dishes were a little too salty for our tastes (which seems to be a theme for Savio Volpe as well...), but we enjoyed the bread and pizza a lot. The portions were good sized, with enough for leftovers.

For our main course, we chose pasta sourced from their sister restaurant, Fiore Famiglia, which happens to be our long-time favorite neighborhood Italian spot. As expected, the pasta was impeccable, showcasing the quality and flavors we’ve come to love. A special highlight was the crème brûlée, torched at our table by the waiter. Watching the caramelized sugar form into a crackling, golden crust was such a treat, and the result was as delicious as it was entertaining. The ambiance was made even better by live music from "Van Django," an incredible violin and guitar duo. Their lively and romantic performance elevated the evening to something truly magical.
