Cozy spot that's great for chilling out for the night. From the outside it's not impressive, so I would not have known to walk in unless a friend had suggested we meet there. Dimly lit with a relaxing vibe. Classic cocktail menu. The old fashioned was exactly as expected. And the bartender (maybe manger?) was so nice and talked to us about beer, whiskey and gin. He even shared a sample of a favorite.
Thank you so much to Christopher for an amazing experience! Last night was our first time at 515 and we loved it. The atmosphere was great and Christopher helped us decide on our cocktails which we ended up loving. I visited to decorate the last day of my trip, and it was a choice I had no regrets about. At the bar, I met the nationality-same-person, had fun and interesting conversations with the same guest. The quality of the cocktails was very good, and some gave me a new perspective. Both the classic and signature cocktails were delicious. If you come back to Vancouver one day, you will be the first to visit.
