Scott, at the pop up stand, completely changed my first impression of Holt Renfrew for the better. He is warm, charismatic, personable, knowledgeable and funny, and makes you feel like you matter.
He lets you know about products and food without being pushy. And his effort and social skills will always stick out in my memory.

The Holts Cafe is one of my favorite lunch spots. The food is always so delicious, especially the Tartine. What makes Holts Cafe stand out the most is the amazing staff. They are always so welcoming, kind and thoughtful. Thank you!
Very nice experience set in large cushioned sofas in the corner of the cafe. The food was delicious but wasn't that fantastic to garner the price they were charging per person. Maybe it was part of the Christmas atmosphere to make it feel like a worthwhile present. Parking is tough as the cage is inside the Holt Renfrew Dept. Store. Service was good.

Guests can enjoy special meals like the Mother's Day Afternoon Tea, which features changing themes and requires reservations. The attentive servers cater to dietary needs, providing a pleasant experience. Many consider it a hidden gem, especially for afternoon tea, which is noted for its excellent food and service without being too busy. The restaurant also offers the GOOD VIBES TEA, a Brazilian-inspired collab with Byredo, which was outstanding. Mid-afternoon tea time avoids the lunch-time crush. The eggs benny is highly recommended, especially with the delicious side salad that has a delightful sour dressing. A convenient location with gracious staff makes Holts Café a place worth revisiting.
