“Me and my partner have been loyal customers to Cactus Richmond for many years now. And the one thing that will always impress us is how CONSISTENT they are! The food will ALWAYS look and taste the same, the fries are always crispy and the veggies always extremely fresh. And that goes for both dine in and delivery. “We are visiting from Australia had just had a great evening here. Great food and ambience - bottles of wine were half price as it was Wednesday! My wife has some serious allergies and our server Kat and manager Rachael were so helpful communicating with the chef to ensure she had a safe and delicious meal. “Victoria the server - you were PHENOMENAL - I’ve been to a LOT of pubs and this is my first time @ pioneer for my friends moms birthday even though I live a 5 min walk away. You gave 100% service. This woman needs a RAISE ! So friendly, understanding when we had 4 tabs for a table and keeping track of what we were spending and what our “mom” had to drink for her birthday. Overall best first experience EVER because of her. We will totally be back on Friday nights!!! You were the best server I have ever had honestly ! Since we ordered lots of appetizers he suggested that me and the woman split the 12 oz ribeye steak (which was amazingly delicious!). The service was excellent, felt like we were being pampered. “The wait time was only 5 min. Came out around 12:30pm on a Monday and it was perfect! Weekday is better than a weekend. The butterscotch latte was super yummy and the right amount of sweetness. I got it with oat milk and could not taste the difference with regular milk. The Benny was great! Wish the patty was a bit thinner as it was thick to eat and the hollandaise sauce was pretty light and quickly evaporated but the whole meal itself was yum. The price is a little much but worth the amount you get served. Would definitely try the pancakes next time! I will be coming back. :)“
