Hugo's Churros & Tacos is a wonderful Mexican restaurant located in an outlet mall. The tacos are delicious, with the asada tacos and birria tacos being highly recommended for their great seasoning and authentic taste. The quesabirria remains a standout dish, while the quesadilla con carnitas is also a must-try. The vegan cauliflower tacos have received praise for their deliciousness. The place is full of stores with different brands at good prices, and the planes passing by add to the unique atmosphere. The pork nachos are a bit salty, but the churros are the best you'll ever try. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly balanced with a cinnamon sugar coating. Customers have enjoyed them with the homemade cashew sauce. While a classic horchata would be a welcome addition to the menu, this restaurant is a great choice for authentic Mexican cuisine.
