It was loud, cold and uncomfortable.The burger & crab cakes were good, the fries and salad were just passable. The drinking water was room temperature - small glass and no ice.Really disappointed, it used to be better.
Me and my partner have been loyal customers to Cactus Richmond for many years now. And the one thing that will always impress us is how CONSISTENT they are! The food will ALWAYS look and taste the same, the fries are always crispy and the veggies always extremely fresh. And that goes for both dine in and delivery.
