Well, the food is really delicious and all. It is just that the waitress kept chatting with my friend ,and I felt I was being bother. How can I enjoy my meal when the waitress kept hanging around my table and flirting with my friend ? It was my dinner date to be honest . I bet your waitress doesn’t want to be bothered by a waitress when she dining with her date neither.

Me and my partner have been loyal customers to Cactus Richmond for many years now. And the one thing that will always impress us is how CONSISTENT they are! The food will ALWAYS look and taste the same, the fries are always crispy and the veggies always extremely fresh. And that goes for both dine in and delivery. Nothing worse than going to a restaurant order something you fall in love with, come back a few weeks later, order it again and it’s not the same… That will not happen here! Highly highly recommend this location ◡̈
Food was very good - my wife loved her steak. My meal was excellent, but I was unimpressed by your scant selection of non-alcoholic beer. Should be able to do better with the wide selection available now. Our server, Denisse, was a highlight for us! She was fast, efficient and knowledgeable! Made our visit much nicer!
