Bar Bravo is a restaurant with a teeny tiny kitchen that deserves its Michelin listing, yet is not stuffy or overpriced. The hospitality stands out, with staff described as warm, super attentive, and genuinely authentically friendly. The food is insanely good, with fresh fish and unique flavors. Highlights include the scallops, pappardelle, and strawberry tiramisu. The tuna toast and king salmon are recommended, and ordering the bread and butter to sop up the sauce is a must. Other standout dishes are the truffle papperdelle, gochujang, Burrata, octopus, and the sticky toffee cake or sticky toffee pudding. The cocktails are fantastic, including a Gochujang cocktail. The atmosphere is amazing and vibrant. Bar Bravo is the best seafood in Vancouver, and a perfect meal at this casual dress spot is worth planning a trip for.
