“The hostesses at the front are vibrant and charming. They offer a complimentary glass of champagne to sip while you’re waiting. If you don’t imbibe, they will accommodate your soft drink request. We were seated at a table on the patio which is very close to the street. So if you choose to sit on the patio, There will be city sounds which, apart from the occasional siren, quickly dissolves into the artful landscaping. Raven, our server, was friendly and cheerful, in addition to being appropriately attentive. We started with the mini steak French dips. Expertly seasoned and grilled, new york steak strips over a button of gruyere cheese atop a tiny slice of sourdough garlic bread with a side of au jus. These were quite more-ish. I recommend them. My husband enjoyed the Mediterranean salad and I liked my seared ahi tuna salad very much. The tuna is sliced thicker than carpaccio but thinner than sushi and gently seared. The plating was elegant and the salad finely chopped with bits of mango and shaved avocado on the top.. I tasted a bit of mint leaf and the light dressing was truly perfect. The staff pay attention to the guests and, when your server is busy, they make themselves available for your needs. It appears the staff members enjoy each other’s company as well as their jobs. I observed real teamwork throughout. We had the apple pie for dessert. On its own it is delicious with a caramel apple filling and it’s flaky , buttery and crunchy crus. It can easily be shared by three people and would have been enough. But do’gild the lily’ by adding the Canadian maple ice cream. We felt comfortable and satisfied. We were pleased with every bite and the Joey Burrard experience from start to finish. We will definitely go back and try some other offerings. Go and have fun. And talk to the very friendly staff who are so willing to engage.“

“I had an incredible experience here last Friday! My friends hosted a surprise bridal shower for me in the private dining room. The staff were thoughtful and helpful with the setup, allowing my them to come in early to decorate the space. They also did a flawless job with executing the surprise by pretending to bring me to a table first. The server was fun, warm and attentive throughout the night and I feel terrible that I’m forgetting her name! All the food was delicious, which has been the case every time I’ve been to Boulevard.“

The interior is really cool, with tables lining the windowed wall. It was nice being able to sit back with a drink and look out over the bay while taking in all the shenanigans happening around English Bay.“

“Went here for dinner on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed! I love going to places with friendly patrons where everyone is having fun. I was pretty surprised how helpful Pat was. Even though it was pretty busy, he always did his best to check in to make sure everything was going well. Very appreciated. It was a nice change to receive excellent food and really helpful and fun service. Will be back for more!“

Brittney has taken care of me the last two times I’ve visited, and she’s been fantastic both times: friendly, attentive, and just a genuinely lovely server. This is definitely my go-to spot for a great Negroni and classic old English pub vibes. Highly recommend!“

“This restaurant truly embodies customer focus. The staff recognised me by my second visit. They always greet me with enthusiasm and genuinely thank me for coming. When our tables have had abnormal requests, they are actually happy to accommodate. The restaurant is clean and the COVID restrictions are respected professionally. On top of all this, the food is great. The recipes are creative with subtle twists on classic dishes. And the Manager checks in for honest feedback. It is incredibly evident that he cares - about the experience, about the staff, and about continual improvement. My only suggestion is that maybe there could be a QR code at a few spots on the table. Our groups sometimes have to lean over each other to scan the menu or touch each others' phones. Special thanks to the Manager Noli! Thanks for always making sure our groups feel welcomed and even more than that - valued. We will be returning, often.“

“Went to Karma Lounge Saturday night and honestly Shay made the whole experience. The food and cocktails were amazing, but her service was what really stood out. She was super personable, fun, and somehow always knew when we needed something without constantly hovering around the table. She made us feel really taken care of and added such a good energy to our night. It’s rare that I remember a server’s name after going out, but she definitely deserves the shoutout. Would 100% ask for her next time!“

I actually appreciate how they maintain the aesthetic of the space rather than allowing random items like silver tablecloths to be thrown over the tables. If that’s the look you’re after, Chuck E. Cheese might be more fitting.

“We dined here on Sept. 20th by accident, after wandering around trying to find food and a beer before a concert. And we were floored. The bartender and server were slammed, but the hustle was incredible, the service was excellent and the food is insanely good! 10/10 will be coming back and recommending!“

“Overall I would stay here again as it’s super convenient for the port when cruising. Great sized room (deluxe on 15th floor) had a great view, clean and comfortable beds. However. When we stayed last week, there was one lift working. It was often carnage with long queues and it could take 20 mins to get to the room or down to reception. We also had issues with our keycards keep clearing (as did some others we met during our many waits for a lift) so after those 20 mins, we would get upstairs to find we couldn’t get in to our room and would then have to do it all again, going down to reception. There was also often long lines here aswell so it got pretty frustrating. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely (especially Jessica) and so were those guys at the bellhop station, super nice and really helpful. Most disappointing to find this comment that was added to a sponsored post before being added here, was removed though.“

“One of the best night clubs in downtown Vancouver!“

“Never ordered any food here since it's not really a food place. Service is fine, it's just first come first serve in the lineup for drinks. What's interesting about this place though is that they have a second room in the back where other music plays by a second dj. The drinks are expensive, about as much as any other club is (~$15/drink), but Saturdays are ladies nights, so girls get in for free if they arrive before midnight. Ladies nights also come with 2 discounted drinks (last I was there, they had Sex On The Beach and another drink both for $6, single shot.) If you get double, you pay full price which is around $20.
There are around 3 bars in house, order where you like. Front is more crowded so I always order at the back.
The bathroom is in the basement, where there is no AC, so you get sweaty FAST.
If you want free entry on Friday, then sign up for a free guest list maybe a day before hand and arrive a bit earlier (I think around 10pm before you have to pay cover.)
If you arrive at 10pm, be warned, there's no one there, club is empty. But it gets very crowded around 11:30pm.“

I recommend everyone visit . also the 11 layer banana/chocolate cake is to die for! also try the Korean chicken bites!“
