airco inside , nice beverages
Very cool concept, great wait staff, but the level of elevated service they were trying to provide didn’t match the patrons they were letting into the establishment, sneakers, baseball caps, etc… lots of potential just not there yet
We had a fabulous experience dining at the Lobby Lounge and Raw Bar at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. There was live music and a lively, energetic vibe. The menu offered some sushi/Japanese and Western food options. All of the dishes were beautifully presented and extremely tasty. In particular, we loved the shishito peppers, sashimi platter, French fries and tomato-basil flatbread.
