Twelve West is a hip hop club with a good selection of music, reminding some of their time clubbing in Los Angeles. While the cover can be expensive, the music and space make up for it, with the vibes described as "just right" for a late Saturday night. Management and customer service are highly rated, with staff going above and beyond, even returning lost items. The club is considered a great place for a fun night, meeting new people, and is recommended over other clubs in the area. Although described as a "bit small," the staff, including bartenders and bouncers, are praised as "very good" and running "very good rules."
