“I've lived here for several months and it became a home. I truly love the staff and the general vibe in the hostel. I feel like its clean (though that depends on personal interpretation i guess) and the food was great. Especially dinner I could still enjoy everyday, even though I had eaten it for a long time. “We celebrated a friend’s birthday tonight at Glo Restaurant + Lounge, and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible. The presentation, the flavors… just yum. You can truly tell how much care and effort goes into every dish. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. The service made the night even more special. The seater/greeter was so warm and welcoming right from the start. Our server, Kaitlyn, was amazing in every way. Super polite and fun, yet still professional and perfectly attentive without being overbearing (which we really appreciated!). The bartender was SO sweet as well. Thank you for the little details that made a difference. For the paper napkins (cloth ones give me the ick!), for happily substituting my mashed potatoes for a salad, and for delivering such genuinely great customer service all around. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will absolutely be back!“

“This place is a gem...that gets lost amongst the Golfer Clientele....
You do not need to be a golfer to enjoy Bill Mattick's Restaurant.
I love this place to take my book and sit on patio for appies and a cider SOLO, or daytime cocktails with the girls, or an early evening date night with the hubby.
...especially on the patio, in the sunshine with the gorgeous landscaping and sound of birds.
I highly recommend the Crab Dip (curry undertone) with chips, or the Halibut burger and yam fries.

The prices are reasonable.

I love that they have merridale berry 🍓 ciders.

The service is fast, kind and attentive.

“Sedona Cafe & Lounge is amazing! Lovely patio, fabulous food & classy vibe! We had the Sedona burger with Yvonnes amazing homemade salad dressing. Then to top it off, homemade sticky toffee pudding with homemade ice cream! (We shared but now I wish I didn't have to) It was all to die for and the perfect place for foodie lovers date night! Check it out!“

“We celebrated our Christmas party at this restaurant yesterday. The place itself is very nice, with a great atmosphere and a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the food was a complete disappointment. Everything we ordered from the menu was extremely poorly prepared. The dishes were overly salty, over-peppered, and simply unpleasant to eat. It reached a point where no one at the table wanted to continue eating. We tried almost every item on the menu, hoping to find something decent, but nothing met even basic expectations. Considering the amount of money we spent, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The overall level of the kitchen was comparable to very low-quality street food, which was shocking given how good the restaurant itself looks. The management seriously needs to reconsider the standards of the kitchen and the work of the chef.“
