“We were looking for a nice lunch spot on our trip to Victoria and came across this place on google, the reviews were great so figured we would give it a try. So glad we did! The great reviews are warranted. We each got a sandwich, the chicken and the pork and we both loved them. I also got a side of soup and the small is perfect size to enjoy and go with your sandwich. “It is a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the stop. If you're headed to the ferry or airport, you should take a little detour for a pre-departure meal or snack. Their specialty lattes are great and I'm sure all the other pastries are good. I only ever get the vanilla custard Danish and I'm never disappointed. If you go in the summer they also have in-house refreshers as well which are also very good. If they break into charcuterie it would be a perfect place for me, at least.“

“Happily stumbled across this family owned (i assume) coffee shop. They were open Christmas Day and I tried my first baked Filipino deserts.The Ube Roll cake (purple cake) was what the kid at the register suggest I try as my a classic Filipino dish and it was extremely good.Great little shop and atmosphere, plus I love how they have a lot of food options to try and expand on what is normal in a coffee shop here in town.“

“Right off the main hotel lobby. Did not realize this when I booked. Small. Feels like a fancy sports bar that no one drinks at during the day. The hotels washrooms ,which are across the lobby, have freezing cold water coming out of the taps. We let the water run. It was like an ice Bath for your hands. Awful. For the Marriott I expected at least hot water. The food was tasty. Wouldn't go back due to location and the fact that it's a hotel lobby “place to eat”.“
