“I have been twice to the Hot Dog Guys and cannot wait to go again. Awesome choices and the best veggie dog I have ever tasted. So many toppings and the bun and hot dog were fresh and so tasty. These guys are so welcoming and it is delightful to have great service with a smile as they deliver top food. Yummy! Will go back soon. Top food for Victoria and area! Try it you will be hooked!“

“this has been the best Korean food I've tried on the island since moving here over 2 years ago. The tteokbokki was quite flavorful and was deliciously spicy.

Really good service and kind servers who greeted you, and checked in often. Never felt rushed or felt like I was unwelcome there. Waters were quickly refilled and offered.

Nice ambiance, a cozy spot with warm, authentic Korean food. Will be returning soon.“

“Wanted a nice vegan lunch and found this was a couple blocks away from our hotel (Strathcona). Food was amazing! The mushroom soup was the best I ever had and the Mac bowl makes me want to come back for more. Highly recommended. All vegan, gluten free, locally sourced ingredients. Everything we ate was crafted to perfection.“

“Benjamin’s Cafe is one of the best places for Filipino food. We ordered the bulalo platter, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and comforting. We also tried their new Chami Tamis Anghang, and it was so yummy with just the right balance of sweetness and spice. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. “I attended the French Macaron Baking Workshop and had a wonderful experience! The instructor was very attentive and explained everything clearly. All of the staff were friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the workshop. The baking process was really fun, and the environment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. She was an absolute wonderful server, she was personable, funny and very knowledgable and helpful with the menu. She made our visit one of our favorite memories from our vacation. I was able to cozy up my scooter right next to my table and sip and savour their delicious Lavender Latte while watching the florist from “Flowers on Top” select gorgeous peonies from their spring flower selection across the street. Gorgeous spot, simply delightful!“

“First of all, the second you walk in, the music sets the perfect atmosphere. Moments later, the staff welcome you like you’re family. The drinks arrive quickly, and then the food… THE FOOD. My God. They absolutely know what they’re doing.
I’ve tasted combinations I never would have imagined could work, and every single one was incredible. Tonight, alongside the thoughtfully crafted food menu, I was given a menu that highlighted where their fresh, local ingredients come from. That attention to detail made the experience even more impressive.

“Oak Bay Baan Thai is my dad’s favourite restaurant so we come here every Sunday. The food is always delicious and the portions are large. At lunch, don’t forget to ask for the complimentary soup and a $2 spring roll.
