Every bite of every item I've ever tried is simply mouthwateringly delicious! (My favourite has always been the lemon tart.)
I’ve been going to this bakery since I can remember. Their Lemon tarts are my favourite in the city, though that could just be nostalgic bias.

Pure Vanilla Bakery & Cafe offers good quality, light lunch options without breaking the bank. They serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, and their iced vanilla lattes (half sweet) are especially popular, providing an incomparable coffee experience. The raspberry scones are a must-try treat, along with the delicious fancy birthday cakes and warm Egg Buns stuffed with egg. The bakery is known for its incredible cakes, cookies, and pastries, including fantastic ginger cookies and a wonderful pâte sucrée for the tarts. With both indoor and outdoor seating, including a cute little back patio, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and helpful, making it worth a return visit. Despite the limited seating, the cozy environment and top-notch baked goods, including a fantastic chai latte and honey bee, ensure it remains a favorite. Located in Estevan Village, it's super easy to get to and perfect for a walk around the area.
