This is a little bakey/light lunch bar that makes sandwiches as well. Their coffee is very good. Their baked goods as very tasty. Their cheesecake is soooo yummy. They are expensive but they reflect the cost of making one at home. The thing is, they are well worth it. The same can be said for their cakes! They are smaller, tasty and reflect the cost of the good quality ingredients they are made with. They have sweet and savory squares, scones and cookies. All their goods are made with quality ingredients and reflect the workmanship and ingredients used. The biscotti are so good. It is so easy to eat the whole package and not share. They have a few tables available for coffee and a tasty treat. They are a bit crowded but for a quick bite and coffee,they are fine. The goods are well worth the cost. If you want something made with good quality and tasty, it's well worth the visit. Come early because they do sell out.

The service was sh**ts and for coffee - at a coffee shop, no less - they only have dark roast, always have a reason why there isn't any medium roast. The manager/owner is very rude!

A friend & I have visiting PV once a week for many years. Great service! Their wheat-free muffins & scones are always safe for me as a celiac, and delicious! You wouldn’t know that they are gf.
How is this place still in business???, it"s terrible... dated and uninviting decor, rude and unfriendly staff, mediocre, overpriced, undersized food, they run out of everything long before closing time, and it closes at 4???.. coffee is bitter, like the staff...pictures of counter at 1:30...sends a message, we are only doing our minimal for our customers...

I've been coming here for a few years and overall have enjoyed my experience.Pros:+ tasty pastries, good selection of items, quality ingredients.+ good coffee+ great locationCons:- shrink-flation has definitely occurred with their muffins. They used to be larger in size. Now, they're smaller with the price unchanged.- no prioritizing hot food. I ordered hot food to go, and sat staring at it sitting in the food warmer for a somebody to pass it to me. In the food industry this is a big no no; when something is fresh and ready to be expedited, it needs to go out promptly. I'll add they were not short staffed, there were 4 staff hanging out seemingly oblivious.- prices are not exorbitant, but they're on the higher end of what I'm willing to pay.

No doubt that the pastries are among the best. However the muffin seem to become much smaller. At one time the muffin filled the paper cups and often overflowed them. Now it's the opposite the muffins seem to be lost in the paper and the cups are much bigger than the muffin. They are the same paper holders. Prices have not decreased but the size of the product has.

Service was incredibly friendly! We got matcha coconut lattes, which were made to the perfect temperature. We also shared a tiramisu tart, lemon bar and curry bun (which was the star of the show dipped in the chutney.) The back patio was a lovely place to sit quietly
