Hi I was in there tonight and I got some really fresh stuff: buns, foccacia bread,and danishes. The buns were super squishy and flavourful great for sandwiches stuck together. They felt really fresh, the foccacia bread was salty with sea salt on top and herbs was delicious i used it for sandwiches, the dannishes were amazing with extremely fresh ingredients blueberry, peach, apple ? I just received excellent customer service at the COBS Bread on Shelbourne Street in Victoria! The man who helped me (in his twenties with longer black hair) brightened my day! With staffing shortages everywhere and often-exhausted staff, customer service of this calibre is hard to find!
