“To start the customer service and atmosphere in this bakery is incredible. It's got great art on the walls. The sourdough options are amazing, whether you like a softer bread or a denser bread. I love the Lunch Pail which is a soft sandwich bread. Their sandwiches on focaccia are very delicious always with a meat and veg option and their veg options are particularly inventive. They make their own house setein for their veg sandwiches which is particularly nice. It's a great family owned business. Their cinnamon bun is a must try. Delighted to have this bakery in the city.“

“Fantastic!!! I ordered a relatively small order of 4 dozen custom cookies for my partner’s birthday celebration and they were the hit of the party. The cookies looked and tasted great. The delivery service was excellent and the overall experience was amazing. Thanks to Micah for such a fantastic addition to our party. I definitely recommend these cookies as a novel, unique and personalized addition for any celebration.“

“Amazing empanadas! By far the best I have had since living in Latin America 15 years ago and better than most I had there, too. They are baked, which I always preferred to fried ones, and that also means they are healthier! The beef ones are my favourite. I could eat these every week.“

“This is a hotel cafe, so the prices are a tad high, but not terrible.

I had breakfast here with my kids. The staff were very friendly. My daughter said the pain chocolat was better than France and my little one loved the overnight oats. The dried fruit was actually much better than the frozen fruit I use at home, so I'll have to try that moving forward.
Sausage breakfast sandwich was also very good.

They were very busy which lead to service being slow (no fault of the staff) so do allow extra time.“

“Nice little cafe, but spent $21 for a croissant sandwich ($13) and a 12oz americano misto (oat, made up the rest of the bill). Prices were not listed for food items in the case. Ordered a 16oz but was given 12oz and told they don’t do 16. I have gotten 16oz americanos there previously- not sure if this is a new thing? Good coffee though!“

No other cafe can even compare for me now because it is the world’s best london fog. There are also so many delicious food options. All of their locations have donuts and have a great cozy atmosphere with tasty homemade coffee drinks. If you want the best selection of donuts though go to their original Discovery Street location. If you want something other than a sweet for breakfast then you MUST get the egg bun. The perfect soft bun with cheese egg goodness.“

It was also still warm when I got home which I did not expect. Nanaimo bar was elevated. You could tell good quality dark chocolat was used. Would definitely return to try other options. Everything looked very fresh and delicious.“
