Love their products. Their customer service is exceptional at this location but Nancy is by far their best help and is so helpful and kind to everyone even impatient customers. I often stop here because of that reason alone. It's nice to be greeted with a smile Nd always pleasant mood. The lady deserves a raise ?

I visit here quite often and it's good service and certainly is good food. Recommended ?Parking: Depending on the time you visit parking can be difficult. But that's true for most of the downtown Oak Bay area. Best to pick your times.
