Takes forever to get your food and I kept consistently not getting my food for a while and people behind me would get their food before me, it close to school luckily but takes forever i always make sure to get there before the lunch rush and it STILL takes a very long
The staff messed up my order, then when brought to their attention, they said “sorry we already punched it in”, then told me to be on my way. Absolutely ridiculous service, messed up my order and didn’t even attempt to rectify it, even alluded that it was my fault and I didn’t order what I said I ordered. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Tim Hortons location, I’d recommend going to the Tim Hortons on shelbourne!
