Thank-you for letting us rent your GOLDEN VALLEY house. We are so grateful Joyce Wurtele found you on the AIRBNB site! What a RESTFUL NEST for 3 days & 2 nights. The valley views were stunning. We loved interacting with the cows, chickens & of course MONTY. After our cycling days the 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed the dinners you served. What a FEAST to the EYES! Everything was DELICIOUS! The CHOCOLATE CAKE …..DECADENT! MANY, MANY Thank You’s Katy & John PS…. Joyce has already booked for next year!“

“Fantastic people, fantastic wines. Everything about Emandare is about letting the land and the grapes do their thing. The Pinot Noir is positively dynamic (but sells out every year). Visit the tasting room and you’ll immediately understand why wines from this valley are making waves… they are so good!“

“We had a reservation for 6 adults at 4PM but we were running late as we were coming from Victoria, the staff did not rush us and were very accommodating! We also asked if we could swap one of the tasting wines and they let us. The cheese board was delicious and we enjoyed the sparkling and red wine. Views were epic, such a beautiful spot!“

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Green curry was exceptional, probably top 3 meals I have ever had in my life. THAT GOOD!
Then we had Austin as our server, he was 10/10. Very friendly, didn’t overstep and provided excellent service. I hope this establishment appreciates how good of an employee this gent is. Very impressed.
Then finally the value for money. Very fair, and couldn’t complain at all. We will definitely be back. Fantastic experience.“
