“Good customer service—had a less than stellar first experience and they quickly responded and remedied it…Their croissants are a little on the hard side if you’re used to soft, flaky croissants, but their other foods are good. Went back for their carrot cake and it was the BEST.“

The people were warm and welcoming, even when 5 campers at the end of a 4 day trip rolled in. It was quiet while we were there right when they opened, but I would bet it's a busy spot when they have live music and food! Can't wait to go back!“

My girlfriend, who is currently in Orcas for business, was having a rough morning. Despite being miles away in Texas, I desperately wanted to be there to comfort her with a hug. So, I called and Ryan, the GM picked up the phone.I inquired if his team could deliver a flower or, at the very least, an oatmeal raisin cookie (a small gesture she would recognize as from me). Ryan went above and beyond, swiftly arranging for the treat to be delivered. When my girlfriend called to express her gratitude, it warmed my heart. Ryan, your assistance meant the world to me.
