Absolutely a wonderful place. The owners are sum of the nicest people I've met in Duncan. The rooms are extremely clean and the breakfast was good

Quiet, clean and roomy.
Good for a few nights but it is starting to get out dated and old. The lights in rooms start to flicker so often, and the AC makes a very unsettling noise at night. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your heavy luggage and bags upstairs to your room. The bathroom is alright, a nice sink, toilet, clean towels.
