There were ants in both of rooms on floor 3. The carpets are filthy looking, stained, etc.. the sinks do not drain properly. They did move us to different rooms, because we couldn't leave to another hotel. Customer service is fine, the ladies can't do much due to how bad this place is, not their responsibility. The sheets, towels were clean and the beds were comfortable at least.

Great little pub next door named Roadhouse Pub and buffet breakfast at Smittys is a deal on the weekends for $14.99 or it's free if you like waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, coffee, tea, apple juice and orange juice. Pet friendly at $10 a pup maximum two.

I have spent one week here, and during that time I have had the joy of witnessing that compassion and willingness to do everything they can to provide much needed support to those who need it most.All of the staff members have been so kind and pleasant, but Sabrina at the front desk was my first point of contact and it only took a few moments to realize she was sincerely empathetic to my situation and I was in good hands.

I have been traveling two days flight was delad so when we get there my infent son my wife and I show up and for some reason they canceled our room and they still tried to charge us for the room .. and when asked to speak to the manager the front desk guy called the police and told us we were trespassing and still won't give me the owners contact information.

It's not listed anywhere that there is a hostel in the hotel, with no security doors separating it from the hotel rooms, and this hostel houses very unsavory types of people. Extremely unsafe, the room door's additional safety lock was broken. We had to unclog the shower drain ourselves (disgusting) in order to shower. The staff are nice, but the hotel is dirty and safety is a real factor.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, maybe a few more items for breakfast would be nice , other than that it served its purpose
