“Went after the lunch rush, no lineup, ordered bacon cheeseburger and small fries. I waited about 10 min for my order.The fries were crisp and tasty, not too salty and a good amount for a small size. I would compare it to a medium size McDs fries.The burger was quite thick and loaded with the regular toppings. The bacon was crispy, cheese was processed, and the burger meat was seasoned well. The bun was a fresh kaiser toasted on the griddle im assuming, which made for a nice bite. At first glance the bun seemed too big for the burger, but the thickness of the burger and the toppings were a good ratio so I ended up with a piece of burger in my last bite. Kudos for that, this is not usually the case for most burger joints!My only negative was that the meat was pretty lean so it was a touch dry.Excellent deal for the price! ($13.50) Would be my first pick if someone wanted to go for a quick inexpensive burger. This place is 1000 times better than any fast food joint in the area.“

Me and my girlfriend came here at 9:30PM on Monday evening and it was very quiet (maybe around 3 other tables when we walked in). The food was mediocre, the sticky Thai chicken on the happy hour menu was great, the crispy cauliflower is a must get everytime for us, and the Szechuan beef bowl was disappointing with watered down sauce and not a lot of taste. The Bellini is ohhhh so good, the sweet peachy flavour can make me drink buckets of this stuff and not feel the alcohol. Overall, great vibes, decent prices, but maybe avoid the Szechuan Beef Bowl.“

Fries were not the best. They were very soft and limp. We like crispy fries. Don't order them if you like crispy fries. “On Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 4:30, I enjoyed a meal at the Tillicum Mall's A&W, where my order was taken with a big smile by a personable and efficient young lady. I sat down at the back and found myself facing two workers whose job it was to clean the closed section of the restaurant. Honestly, I have never seen two people work so hard in my life! They flipped those tables over like ninjas and scraped away all the nasty gum and stuff people leave there. (Kids, pleeeease stop doing that!!) These ladies disinfected the underside(!) of all the tables and chairs legs (who knew). They determinably and energetically scrubbed away at more spots than I have ever even thought of cleaning. Even Sheldon Cooper would have approved! If you want a Covid-free restaurant, (or as close as you are ever going to get to it), head to the Tillicum A&W... These ladies are amazing. I hope their bosses recognise their fantastic work ethic and, ultimately, their value to the company- and reward them both with a great, big raise!“
