You gotta straw slam a shaft
We were up visiting and needed to kill a little time before check-in, so we thought we would grab a bite at the pub downstairs. The food was delicious but the service was even better. Our waitress, Kate (sp?), provided exceptional service. She was affable, attentive, and very accommodating. One member of our party has significant dietary restrictions, but Kate and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to make sure that she could was able to get her food as well.
A pub with rustic heritage charm and a warm, inviting atmosphere. There’s a great mix of seating options, whether you’re stopping in for a casual drink or settling in for a full meal. It’s a solid spot with real character, comfortable surroundings, and good food. The staff is friendly and adds to the overall welcoming feel.
