“The Mill Bay Mickey D's is 1 of my favorites here on Vancouver Island, their consistent high quality & freshness is great, & the drinks taste really great& special because there's no fluoride in the tap water there, so, no icky weird city water taste messing with the flavour of your choice of soda fountain drink!A strange occurrence during this particular visit though, the line up for the drive through was huge, so I parked my truck out front, went in & ordered a double cheeseburger, (with no pickles), & what I received and didn't notice till back on the highway, that I'd actually received a rather messy big Mac with what appeared to be not only extra pickles, but extremely huge amounts of "secret sauce" as well, I was completely confused & horrified, I also got a large fries that were badly undercooked, so, not so great today... Hmmm.“
“Happened to be in this area, and stopped by out of curiosity. Came in with no real expectations. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich, and it was truly one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve eaten. Everything from the toppings to the bun was on point. Will be back next time I’m in the area.“

“So good! This is a walk up window with an outdoor seating area in front. It is a tiny mom and pop place, so it takes a little while but oh so worth it! Fresh and delicious. We had grilled halibut that was just perfect, mine on a yummy salad and hubby's on a sandwich with generous fries. Just fyi, there are picnic tables behind the marine museum a short walk from this place that are more spacious.“

“The Duncan location has made major customer service improvements. The staff is ever-so-friendly. Every child in the restaurant was given a candy sucker. There was a special needs customer who complained over the ice-coated glass mugs, and they cleaned it for her without any hassle or trouble. I just want to highlight the staff on this particular visit. They seem to be doing well after this pandemic.“

“We had part of our daughter's birthday celebrations at Duncan DQ. The team went above and beyond, served us 10 meals that were hot and all correct, they decorated the cake (on the spot) and served it with candles and all staff joined in singing HBD. Overall an amazing experience by the whole crew. Thank you. Will definitely recommend and be back.“
