I felt sorry for our waiter. We order 2 items and he kept on having to return to the table to tell us they didn't have what we ordered. We also were served an appetizer after we cancelled that order and re-ordered. We were given a gift card at the end, but the cost of the gift card was far more than just taking off the charge of the appetizer from the bill which would have made more sense. The dinner experience is generally positive, with the burgers, including the gluten-free options, receiving high praise. The Whiskey burger, in particular, is an excellent choice. However, some customers have encountered issues with the portion sizes of the Salad Bowl and the quality of the Fries. Additionally, there have been instances where meals took an abnormally long time to arrive, and in one case, a gluten-containing meal was mistakenly served to a declared Celiac customer, though the restaurant promptly addressed the issue.
Furthermore, while the deep-fried dill pickles were a disappointment for one customer, the restaurant demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction by removing the item from the bill. Overall, Globo Burger strives to provide a pleasant dining experience, with a focus on their well-regarded burgers and attentive customer service.
