Being a snow day they weren't as busy but plenty of staff, our waitresses was excellent. Super friendly and helpful with those of us who had a hard time making a burger decision lol Her recommendations were great, everyone loved their burgers. Definitely will be back

As usual a good meal, particularly like the choice of a lettuce bed instead of a burger bun. The aioli's are excellent as are the onion rings. Service was friendly if a little slow for our starter but we were surprised and appreciative that our server had comped this and apologized for the delay! A mark of a restaurant that cares about customer service.

Unfortunately between forgetting a meal and incorrect bills for all members of our party we will not be returning to this location. Parking availability was also very poor at this location. Other locations of this restaurant have been reliably good in the recent past so I was not hesitant to go to this location; however, the other locations are superior in every aspect.

Wagyu burger? No way. All three of our burgers were overcooked, dry and no flavor. We've had incredible Wagyu burgers in the US. This was the first upscale burger place we've ever been to where they didn't ask us how we wanted burgers cooked. Guess well done is all they do. We've even had better burgers at Red Robin in the US- much better. That's a sad comment. Great side salad, crummy unseasoned fries that were almost soggy, but super cool your could split your side half and half. Service was stellar but a crowded, noisy atmosphere and the poor quality, taste of the food and totally overpriced (except of the drinks) made this a “one and done” experience for us.

Very noisy but not restaurant fault had a very vulgar last right behind me who swore non stop and was loud thank god she left within 15 min Restaurant a bit more casual than I thought servers great

I really like bin4 but this is the first time I have been to the downtown location. It was very slow, food took forever and all the toppings were very skimpy. We literally had to lift the bun to see if the toppings were actually on it :/. Service was fine. Won't go back to this location but will be back to the others.

The staff was very convivial and helpful. We were treated to a very good meal and drinks. The waitperson was quick and experienced at their job. it was a very good experience and I would recommend it as a place to eat.

Just love this place. I had the Bison Chorizo burger with lots of goodies on and around it, including a fried egg, and it was to die for. My loving and long suffering spouse of many decades enjoyed the chef's special which was Chicken and Waffles. Also amazing. I live in NC and ensure that every time I get to Victoria I make time to have a burger at this place. Never disappoints. I will be back soon.

Music was too loud but they turned it down for us. Not the prettiest restaurant. Dark and the furniture is old. Food great, service awesome but charging extra to have 1/2 of two sides.

The distribution of the restaurant is bizarre.... Felt without enough space and in a cafeteria instead of a nice restaurant. Vegan Burgan burger was nice and service was good. Prefer the ambience of the one at Maple street

We were excited to visit as it's been awhile since we had eaten at your restaurant. Service was good. Food ok - side salad was dressed and put on hot plate under heat which made the lettuce welted and warm. Server replaced with a cold salad (much better). The Italian Job burger bottom bun was super soggy from the bruschetta. A little disappointed but overall we will come back.

Just visiting and heard the burgers and fries were the best in town. Have to say I was not disappointed. A burger is a burger. They managed to add and layer flavours that were astounding.

We got to sit outside on a Sunday afternoon. Service was prompt, courteous, and friendly. We really like the appies: spiced fries and hummus and chips. Happy hour specials were a great value! We will be back soon! I used the online reservation system and it worked perfectly.

Was in Victoria on vacation with family of four. First time trying out restaurant based on others reviews that it was food allergy friendly. The food was delicious and safe for peanut and dairy allergies.

All meals were very good. I'm used to a moist burger, but mine was over cooked and dry. Noise level was way to loud (music) making conversation very difficult, turn down the volume.
