“Having worked in some of Victoria's premier top tier restaurants in the 80's in my previous career, I am able to recognise dining excellence. This is exactly what I experienced at Il Terrazzo a few days ago. Everything was excellent. The flavour in the dinners I experienced was truly next level, high end dining. Our waiter David was the consummate professional, offering excellent recommendations, paying attention to every detail, and never left us waiting for anything while simultaneously managing to be wholly unintrusive. Even the bus person who cleared our table knew all etiquette, had clearly been taught how to do the job with excellence. Moreover, I feel the need to comment on the portion sizes, they are truly generous. This is often not the case in high end restaurants. Despite being a very upscale restaurant, with a price point that is in line with this, the value proposition remains excellent due to the incredible flavours, texture, and food quality. Big shout out to the kitchen staff, we will be back to enjoy more of their amazing menu.“

“Tasmin was our server When we arrived, it was very busy, Tasmin seated us quickly in the "VIP" section which made my kids very excited. She was an absolute wonderful server, she was personable, funny and very knowledgable and helpful with the menu. She made our visit one of our favorite memories from our vacation. I would highly recommend this restaurant to families, it is a great atmosphere. Also, they offer a gluten free menu if you have dietary restrictions. Absolute 5 star review from us, we hope to visit again soon, thankyou Tasmin !“

It was fantastic. A word I only use when reading Roald Dhals The Fantastic Mr. Fox.

“Candace has been so amazing whilst me and my friend visited Fiamo. Always has the greatest smile and her positive energy radiates all around. The food and drinks were incredible and we are beyond grateful for all staff at Fiamo for making our experience so special.“

“What a wonderful experience! This charming cafe has incredible food and service. The owners are genuinely lovely people who work hard to care for their customers. It’s clear that Windsor Cafe has a very dedicated following of regulars because I saw so many customers being called by name and addressed with warmth and kindness. The cafe is in a charming old Victorian home near the water which makes it a great stop for tourists and locals. As a chef myself, I was very impressed with the fresh food and coffee. The staff are so friendly and efficient and clearly care about their level of service. I will be back! This is my favourite cafe in Victoria, hands down!!“

“Had a family celebration here this week & what a fabulous evening! Everything was great, from the atmosphere, the food, the service to the OMG dessert. The tiramisu was sooo delicious, as was the passion fruit panna cotta. Such an enjoyable experience made even better by our top notch server Marcus, whose exemplary service, recommendations & friendly attitude just put the entire evening over the top!“

“Our party of 10 enjoyed our dinner here with some starters and pasta. The pasta dishes were decent size. Some of our pasta was cooked perfectly but a few were slightly overcooked (could be too many dishes all at the same time). The meat balls were a bit dry. But we enjoyed the friendly staff services and atmosphere.“

Tucked away in the Hilton and beside the Starbucks it hits the spot whether you are here for a conference, as we were, or visiting the city. I usually shy away from hotel restaurants but I am glad I stopped in here. I would recommend some comfier seating options!“

“Ordered the lahori goat karahi as I’ve never had goat before and it was so delicious I never thought goat would taste as good, we also ordered a side of naan it was so good. The rice is also perfectly cooked and has a wonderful accompaniment flavour to the karahi. Also the service was very good and the manager is lovely with a great story! I really recommend this place and will be coming back a lot more“

The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, toppings were fresh and full of flavor, and the cheese was perfectly melty.

What really made the experience even better was the staff. They were super friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly and professionally. You can tell they really care about customer service and making sure orders are perfect. Highly recommend!“

“Pandora Cosmos has been my pizza go to for a long time. They give generous toppings and most important is their consistency. I've never had a disappointing pizza yet. I know when I place my order that I'm getting the quality I've become used to. Yesterday for dinner I placed my usual pizza order and added Donairs. To my surprise these wraps were the size of a subway foot long! I ate the donair first, it was very tasty but I was so full I couldn't eat the pizza that I had also ordered (lunch for the next day). Anyways Cosmos is a great pizza place and I'm always happy to recommend them.“

“Almost got lost starving and cold one night and ended up looking up and seeing this establishment and felt like I had been found again . Or born like a born again Christian 😭!!!! Thankyou God and bless this universe for the people and family and friends who come here and run this pizza joint on the daily and are so kind and compassionate towards some of us homeless and mentally ill in our town .
