Took a tour of the facility today... Learned about the distilling process for beer and whiskey. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a store to purchase beverages - be sure to also buy a care package to enjoy at home!
Our group of 5 took the tour with Jacob. He was very knowledgeable, happy to ask all our questions and took his time with us. What an impressive facility! The whiskeys were smooth and the beers were delightfully different. Loved the labels and names. Would go back again!

This place is a gem of a distillery - not just in Canada, but the world. They are putting out several varieties of interesting single malt whiskies. Some are in styles you won't find anywhere else - particularly their peated stuff. They also have easy shipping, which is a nice perk if you aren't able to visit in person. Definitely worth the try!
