Overall I would stay here again as it’s super convenient for the port when cruising. Great sized room (deluxe on 15th floor) had a great view, clean and comfortable beds.
However. When we stayed last week, there was one lift working. It was often carnage with long queues and it could take 20 mins to get to the room or down to reception. Beautiful Location, we had an Amazing Romantic stay. Beautiful dinner, Enjoyed the Club Lounge Bar and hors d'oeuvres, rooftop pool and hot tub, Great service, excellent concierge.
Highly recommend the Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel. The reception desk went out of their way to help us. The food was delicious and our room was quiet and comfortable. The harbor views are spectacular!We were also located right at the cruise terminal. We will only stay at the Pan Pacific when in Vancouver.
