Arc has a nice view and delicious foods.
We were so happy with our stay at the FAIRMONT Waterfront in Vancouver. The ARC restaurant was a lovely part of that stay. It is bright, light-filled, and spacious with a modern, upscale feel. We had reservations, but we observed that the staff worked efficiently to accommodated walk in guests as best they could. We enjoyed lunch one day and dinner the next. We had a great meal prior to flying home. It was a nice way to wrap up our time in Vancouver. Our waiter, James, was the best! Food was excellent!
