What can I say about my bad experience, terrible staff , I think she was Spanish , she was so focused on chatting and asking from where we are than taking the order properly . She brought latte instead of the Cappuccino, I never ordered a latte in my life . I asked how many pieces are there in the pancake order so to decide my kids can share or I need two orders, guess what? She didn’t guess it right !!!. She told me it’s 3 and it was 2 ,she said there is one cherry on top but it came out to be socked in cherry jam !!and my kids couldn’t eat it , just had a terrible day with this bad service .i hope the administration focus on this . Felt really bad to give a tip while I didn’t even get my order right

Spent the night at the hotel and popped into Arc to have breakfast. Ordered the Dungeness crab omelette that was absolutely delicious. It came with a breakfast potatoes and arugula salad. What a great meal to start the day!

Given the reviews for the brunch, I was not impressed with the food selections. For the brunch price a la cart doesn’t deliver great brunch.
I took my wife to ARC for her birthday dinner. We were offered a window seat overlooking Canada Place. We started off with their signature cocktails which had an excellent depth of flavours. We both ordered the 3 course meal which was done to perfection and included a chunky clam chowder, succulent beef tenderloin and an apple pastry that was reminiscent of almond rocca. We paired this with a bottle of Monte Creek Pinot Noir. Jennifer ‘our server' was very attentive to our needs and quite personable. The restaurant itself had a very calm, romantic atmosphere to it which included a live performance of Spanish guitar. We would definitely return.

We had a fabulous experience! Milan was the best server...she took extra special care of us. Was a great place to have special birthday brunch with friends. We could talk and hear each other, eat great food, we were not rushed, we had excellent service and we really had a lovely time. They catered to all of our dietary concerns. We had never ending tea and coffee service. We left happy and very well fed.

My friend took me here for the bottomless brunch for my birthday. We ordered 3 rounds of plates and we weren't able to finish all of the food so they let us pack some up which was nice. The food selection was pretty good, there was quite a lot of items to choose from. We also ordered the flight of mimosas cause they looked so yummy and cute! My favorite menu items were the spicy buttermilk fried chicken and waffles, Dutch baby, bone marrow and pork benedict. The service was amazing and I loved the singer at the entrance!

I have dined here twice before and the food was so good, it was seasoned well and it was tasty. This time around, the food had no flavor, no salt and no taste, very disappointing. Will not be going back to this restaurant (such a shame).
Had the buffet brunch here. Just so people know- as for coffee, only dripping coffee is included in the buffet brunch price.Food is very tasty but some of them are not warm enough- like the benedict. Service is good and also what you can expect from a fairmont hotel restaurant.4/5 stars for the atmosphere because some of the decorations and furnitures really need some refinishing.
Each dish was delicious and the service was excellent. It was a unique dining experience for the both of us. The birthday treat at the end was the cherry on top. Perfect for special occasions!
