“I went for dinner here with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law and we absolutely enjoyed our experience. My mother-in-law doesn't get to go for Japanese very often, and she loved it! We shared a few sushi rolls, tempura, and the chicken teriyaki, and it was all delicious! We will be back.“

“Beautiful patio area in the summer which is nice and quiet and well decored. We were here for breakfast, we ordered one of the meat Bowles, but substituted the meat for extra vegetables and the toast for an extra egg, which they are happy to do. The stars of the show were the eggs! They we're cooked perfectly! And by that I mean they were not fried in hot oil causing the eggs to be scorched. These have been slow cooked, there was no Brown edges and they were delicious!

“Fabulous place, the décor is retro and fun. Server was new (3rd day?) and amazing, we had some laughs. Family friendly and all around a good vibe.

Had a great breakfast this morning. The kids were so happy to check out the pirate cave AND they have a toy machine now too!

“We were driving the strip and this one got our attention. I had the Canadian Burger. 2 Alberta beef patties, double ham, double cheese, red onion, tomato, lettuce, mayo. I wasn’t hungry for 8hrs after eating this beast. Service was friendly and awesome. Good job Ricky’s“

“Had brunch on a Sunday at around 1 pm. The restaurant was fairly busy. We were greeted and quickly seated.
Our food was served pretty quickly and was very delicious. The Cheeseteak hash had plenty of potatoes in a delicious cheesy sauce, a fair amount of shredded beef, a little bit of spinach along with two eggs that were cooked to order with a generous amount of hollandaise dressing, four slices of toast and jam on the side. The quality was adequate and the price was fair. The waitress came around a few times to top up our coffee.

Parking: Lots of free parking all around the restaurant.“

“Weekly we take my 97 year old Mother out for lunch. It is always challenging to find something for her to eat since she has tooth sensitivity issues. She LOVES Swiss/Broccoli cheese soup but it's not always available leaving us with few options. BUT a month ago we were informed that the kitchen staff CAN and WOULD be willing to blend other meals up into a soup like consistency making it easier for her to enjoy meals! WOW!!! What a game changer! Many thanks to the staff who recognize us and set up our place setting with smaller cocktail napkins, hurrying with Mom's HOT tea, etc. It sure makes taking her out so much easier! Special thanks to the manager Guy? and servers Jasleen, Sophie, as well as hostess Danae! SUCH FABULOUS STAFF!!!!“

“A Hidden Gem in White Rock ?

This was my sister's family's second-to-last night in Vancouver, and after a tiring trip back from Seattle, we decided to stop by White Spot. We stumbled upon this location in White Rock, and what a gem it is! ?

We walked in around 7:30 PM, and to our surprise, it wasn't crowded at all. The spacious seating and perfectly done decor immediately set the tone for a relaxing evening. We were greeted by a friendly staff member with a big smile ?—a sign that we were in for a good time.

Despite not having much of an appetite, I let my 12-year-old niece order whatever she wanted while I opted for a kid's meal ?. My in-law chose the fish & chips ??, my sister ordered a steak that was cooked to perfection ?, and my niece loved her teriyaki chicken bowl ?. I thoroughly enjoyed my kid's meal too—sometimes, simple is best!

The service was fantastic, likely because it was a quiet Monday night with everyone at home prepping for the week ahead. We had a great experience and a very enjoyable evening. Thank you, White Spot White Rock! ?“
