My server tried to charge me extra for a tomato on my breakfast sandwich during breakfast time...I know for a fact that they are not supposed to charge unless its past breakfast its called a breakfast tomato on a breakfast sandwich for a reason other A&W don't charge you. And she didn't offer apology or offer me a reason why they would charge me for the tomato
I ordered family sized yam fries in the drive thru. Ate a couple with my friend and we realized they had no flavour. Did not taste like any other yam fries I've had in my life. Bland. No salt or seasoning. I went back and told the guy this and he was insistent thats how they're supposed to taste. He said "They are sweet potato fries, they taste sweet, not salty". I said "They dont taste flavourful like any yam fries we've ever had. They must be missing SOMETHING." I had to bicker...read full review
