Probably one of the best Starbucks in the lower mainland, the staff are fantastic and the leadership is evident in how they do their jobs, how efficient they are and the culture. The coffee is always done right and the staff know the regulars.
Definitely recomend.
The coffee quality was good as expected, the staff were friendly and helpful. The store was also clean and organized; the only issue was the washroom. Normally we expect a cleaner washroom from Starbucks.

Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The food and decor were good, though a brownie was too sweet, sticky and soft, while a croissant was great. Service is described as pretty rude at some locations, with staff not saying thank you. However, other locations have the best staff, with one person greeted with the kindest behaviour, incredibly friendly and attentive service. The service through the app via drive thru was excellent. Parking has lots of parking, including underground parking that made the culture warm and welcoming. Wheelchair accessibility was fantastic. Kid-friendliness is noted. Overall, it is reliably mid and far from extraordinary, but adequate.
