“Lovely cafe. We try to go at least once a week! The staff are always so nice and efficient, even in busy times.
Drinkwise: I would recommend the Vietnamese latte or the mocha. But you can’t go wrong with any drink.

Foodwise:
The chocolate chip cookies used to be better (fluffier/thicker) when they first opened but they must’ve changed their recipe as they're too thin nowadays. My fiancé misses the original muffins as well, they’re more like cakes now which can be a bit too rich in the mornings.“

They literally ran across the street to another restaurant just to grab me a pack of ketchup! It truly made my day. Incredible service like this reminds me why I love stopping by. “My grandmother, sister and I were window shopping and decided to go in to Traceycakes. I’m incredibly glad that we did! The customers were friendly and chatted us up while we were deciding on what to get. The cashier was willing to answer all of our questions! Each of us got a baby cake and one sugar cookie. The cupcakes were light and fluffy with the perfect amount of icing. The sugar cookie was soft and delicious. We enjoyed our visit so much that my grandmother now wants to purchase baby cakes every time that she has company stay with her!“

They said it was self service but what that means is that you order the food, seat yourself down and they give you a buzzer.. it'll let you know when your food is ready. Taste wasn't too bad. “I go here daily for my consistently yummy drinks made by the most accommodating and kind staff. Some of these negative reviews below are ridiculous and comical. It won’t deter me from getting my coffee at this location and I for sure won’t be listening to some Karen who threatens staff with negative reviews if they don’t put two scoops of espresso in her cheap coffee. Like, come on people! It’s a starbucks, not a french cafe in Paris ?“

“It's located on the main floor of the hospital, so the food/drink is great, and they do their best to get things out as fast as possible, but the nurses/doctors/other workers lined up together with other customers can get really long, like over 30 people, so if you don't have patience at those times this is not the Starbies for you!

The bacon was great and the sandwich was delicious. I had my sandwich on gluten free bread. Delish! Beans and Leaves has the best cappuccino in town.

“The staff at Tim's on Sumas Way in Abbotsford or courteous and very efficient. You're sure to get your order right food comes out hot or cold as you need it and you can count on it being fresh. They have a level of professionalism that makes you feel like everybody knows your name. In stark contrast to the staff at South Fraser Way and Abbotsford way where they should all be fired in a mass firing and replaced by people that actually care and have customer service skills.“
