“This cafe is one of my favorites in town and I have taken multiple friends/family here! They have fun rotating seasonal drinks, a clean and visually appealing interior, dog-friendly outdoor patio space with water bowls available to borrow, and out-of-this-world scratch made biscuits. I love that I can use a punch card for biscuits and drinks too! Their roasted coffee is delicious, I especially love the birch latte. For food my partner loves the pimento biscuit sandwich, and I'm partial to the biscuit with high quality raspberry jam and butter. The indoor space is small, and it can get busy on a weekend! The huge windows are very inviting and it's great people watching from inside.“

When I got there I told the lady that I hadn’t been here before, but I’m exhausted and want something as close to a coffee milkshake with caramel as I could get. Everything we tried was delicious and the dill pickle dip, while creamier than we thought it was going to be, was a fun and super tasty dip. Also love that it's the neighborhood cafe for Silver Beach residents! “Our whole family loves Flying Bird Botanicals Tea! We have an entire cupboard full of probably just about every flavor available. Our kids count on Tummy Coat, Cold Comfort, and Throat Soothe when they're not feeling well. My wife starts every day with Irish Breakfast first thing, then Lavender Orange Grey. Personally, I love a Dream Catcher hot toddy for a deep sleep. Outstanding products and an awesome local business!“

“I was passing by on a trip needing caffeine for the drive and this is probably the best coffee shop I’ve been to in years, from Alberta to BC and all the way down to Portland. This one stands out the most.

I ordered an Avalanche, it’s like this specific drink was made for me, I love it.

I wish I lived nearby so I could come here more, but I guess I will be adding a 30min detour every time I drive down to Seattle so I can stop by here and enjoy.

Staff was friendly and inviting and they were focused and hard working.

“I have yet to go to a bar that is anything like the Blue Abode. Chill vibes with well placed TV's combined with down to earth guests have made it a good experience each time. The bartender, Taryn, has always been both knowledgeable and kind everytime I've come in. I have heard great things about the other bartender as well.

Drinks and food of course are solid too.
