This is a traditional Turkish breakfast plate, Turkish coffee, and spinach börek. We also tried the baklava. Everything was excellent! This was my first experience with Turkish coffee, I loved it! There are also other items for sale such as beautiful colorful lamps, rugs, spices, etc. Quaint little shop with a warm ambiance. The owner is very nice and gracious. We had a top notch Turkish coffee and Yemeni coffee, paired with a pistachio and a walnut baklava. The coffees were very good. You can request them to come with a low to high level of sweetness, as turkish coffee is sweetened with sugar during the brew. The baklava was the best I’ve had in the states, not dry at all, it was freshly made and not too sweet. Sometimes baklava can be drenched in syrup, these were not so.
