This is a traditional Turkish breakfast plate, Turkish coffee, and spinach börek. We also tried the baklava. Everything was excellent! This was my first experience with Turkish coffee, I loved it! There are also other items for sale such as beautiful colorful lamps, rugs, spices, etc. Quaint little shop with a warm ambiance. The owner is very nice and gracious. If you visit Bellingham, you must check out this lovely shop.Vegetarian options: Most everything is vegetarian friendly.
We had a top notch Turkish coffee and Yemeni coffee, paired with a pistachio and a walnut baklava. The coffees were very good. You can request them to come with a low to high level of sweetness, as turkish coffee is sweetened with sugar during the brew. The baklava was the best I’ve had in the states, not dry at all, it was freshly made and not too sweet. Sometimes baklava can be drenched in syrup, these were not so. The owner of the shop was a great host, provided excellent service, and was friendly. Definitely will be back.

Hidden gem. We travelled from Vancouver and by chance found this cafe. Tasty food. Great owner friendly. We will definitely visit here again. For sure avg time when I cross border I will stop by for good Turkish Tea as well as Borek.

Amazing Baklava! We had a “Friendsgiving” potluck to attend, so we ordered one tray of pistachio baklava but walked out with a walnut baklava as well. Both were a hit. We WILL be back!

After discovering this awhile back, I now try to go once a week for a Turkish coffee and healthy breakfast plate, so delicious. This food was new to me before but I just loved it so much! Also, a peaceful interesting place to sit and relax with especially attentive, kind, and intelligent crew. Go check it out!
