Special place for dance, music, theater, and community!
Wonderful place to see a variety of performances or gathering for information sharing. Very good seating arrangement and lighting. The Coffee Shop is great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
Hands down one of the brightest gems in A&E venues in Bellingham. Huge supporter of live, world class Jazz, and repertory theatre. Offers variety of community classes as well. Fabulous in house baked goods, beer/wine offerings, as well as coffee/tea. You won't go wrong in your support of the Firehouse.

Firehouse Arts & Events Center Bellingham provides a welcoming atmosphere with a cozy wood-burning fireplace inside and a beautiful sycamore tree outside. The coffee shop serves good food and drinks, with a menu that is varied and offers strong, non-bitter coffee. The outdoor area is cute and spacious, a good place to get a treat while you work. Visitors can enjoy the peaceful garden area for their sandwiches and coffee, making it a great spot for both relaxation and entertainment. The baristas are super kind and helpful. The center hosts professional plays with talented actors and crews, providing excellent performances in a small, intimate setting of about 120 seats. The players are very good and it is amazing how the scenery in an in the round theater can be so important.
